You can view your invoice, including charges, payments, balance due and due date.
Payments are made by pre-approving a charge to your card. Log in to your portal, then:
To pay with more than one card, just repeat these steps for each card.
Not to worry — this almost always means you have a future-dated payment scheduled. When a payment is authorized in advance (often at the time you first booked), your reservation reflects that upcoming charge even though it hasn't been processed yet.
If you'd like to change the amount, date, or card, just submit a new payment pre-approval using the steps in "How do I make a payment on my booking?" above. Once we receive it, we'll cancel the previous authorization.
Simple — submit a new payment pre-approval on the card you'd like to use, following the steps in "How do I make a payment on my booking?" above. Once we receive your new authorization, we'll cancel the prior one, so you're only charged on the new card.
Not quite. Saving a card to your profile keeps it on file for later, but it doesn't authorize a payment on its own. To actually schedule or make a payment, you'll need to submit a payment pre-approval and select that card — see "How do I make a payment on my booking?" above.
No problem — let's get you back in. Click here to request a new portal access link. We'll email you an activation link to log back in — typically within 24 hours.
You sure can! Each of you can submit a separate payment pre-approval for the amount you'd like to cover. Just follow the steps in "How do I make a payment on my booking?" above — once for each card.
After attempting to log in, if you do not receive an email with your access code — or if you experience any issues entering the portal — please click here to request a new activation link.
For security purposes, your activation link is valid for 24 hours and must be accessed using the same email address where the link was delivered.
PLEASE NOTE: Your portal reset is a manual process, so you will not receive an immediate code. We try to respond within 24 hours, but requests are usually completed much faster.
